Dr. Kwaku Osafo
Board Chairman
About Dr. Osafo
Dr Kwaku Osafo became the Chairman of the Board of Palmers Green International Limited in February 2014.
Dr Osafo is an Engineer, Economist, Financial Analyst and Management Specialist. He received his PhD and MA in applied economics and economics from Stanford University, MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Ghana, Legon, MSc in Irrigation and Water Resources Engineering from the University of California at Davis and BSc. in Irrigation Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Techriori), Haifa, Israel.
Dr Osafo was an Economic Consultant/Adviser to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern African States (COMESA- 20 countries) from 1990-1995. He was also a World Bank Consultant for the Government of Zambia in Water Resources and Agricultural Policy and Irrigation Engineering for a decade (1982-1990). Dr Osafo was a lecturer and Head of Department of Agriculture, University of Ghana. He has also consulted for several International Organizations and Governments.
He was a Board Chairman of Electricity Company of Ghana. He is currently the Board Chairman of Global Access Savings and Loans and a Director of Sand Park. He was a Director and Acting Chairman of the Board of SIC Company for ten years (2001-2010). He was also a Board member of Societe General Ghana (2003-2010).
Dr Osafo has visited, studied and consulted in over 180 countries worldwide. He is a Member of several International Professional Bodies and has published several articles locally and in international journals.
David John Townsend

About J. Townsend
Mr David John Townsend became the Group CEO of the Palmers Green International Holdings Limited in September 2019.
Mr Townsend holds Certificates in Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Exeter University, UK), Marketing Management (WITS University Business School) and Business Management (WITS University Business School). He received his Membership in the Institute of Directors, the Business School Association (WITS), the Institute of Marketing Management and Institute of Refractory Engineers.
He was a Consultant for LTZ Business Management Services (Johannesburg, South Africa). At LTZ Business Management Services, where he provided business management services, consulting on projects in various industry sectors across Africa; Preparing of Strategic Business Plans, Compiling Cash Flows, Analysing Potential New Markets, Advising on Streamlining Operations and Implementing New Processes and Procedures. Due to his knowledgeable capacities, he successfully set up a Company in Botswana Africa for a South African Company manufacturing generators. This included conforming to all legal requirements, company registration and approvals, implementing a sales and marketing strategy with distribution channels together with a full back up service.
Mr Townsend further worked with Eqstra Fleet Services Nigeria Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria) as General Manager, Ikaheng HR Services (Pty) Ltd (Johannesburg, RSA) as Chief Executive Officer, Bonatla Management Services (Johannesburg, RSA) as Managing Director/Management Consultant, XEROX Nigeria Africa (Lagos, Nigeria) as Chief Executive Officer and Toga Linings (Pty) Ltd (Johannesburg, RSA) as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
Ing. Nana Kwame Duodu

About K. Duodu
Ing. Nana Kwame Duodu graduated from University of Science and Technology, now Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi with a BSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1971.
He started his career at SAT Beam/Burroughs, a division of UAC Ghana in October 1971 and in 1975 he set up his own company Electronic Systems Limited, a company that dealt in sales and services of Office, Electrical and Telecommunication equipment.
In addition to Electronic Systems Limited, he set up another company Ridgetop Inc. that dealt in Electrical Consultancy and Real Estate Development.
He has participated in several management training courses, seminars and workshops both locally and internationally.
He has served on the Boards of Electronic Systems Limited., Ridgetop Inc., and EDC Consultancy Limited, a Management and Entrepreneurial Development consultancy company.
He was a Board member of Electricity Company of Ghana [ECG] and Chairman of the Board’s Technical Committee from 2012 to 2013. He is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers [MIEEE,of USA], a member of Computer Society of IEEE, and a Fellow and former Vice President of Ghana Institution of Engineers.
He is a council member of the Regent University College of Science and Technology.
He is now the CEO of Greenfields Investments Limited, a company dealing in ICT consultancy and Real Estate Development.
Nana Appiah Anti IV

About N. Anti IV
Nana Appiah Anti IV is the chief of TUTU, in the Akuapem North District.
He holds a Diploma in Public Administration (GIMPA), Certificate in Management and Advance Certificate in Salary Administration (GIMPA) and Record Keeping from MDPI.
He has over 35 years experience in both Public and Private Administration. He worked with P&T Corporation as a Senior Administration Officer, and as a result of hard work he rose through the ranks and became an Administrative Manager.
He also worked with Sumitomo Inc. a Japanese Company for many years as an Administrative Manager until he joined Palmers Green
International Limited.
He was one of the pioneers who engineered the transition from Give and Take Enterprise to Palmers Green International Limited.
He was made the project Manager for Geodomi Limited and subsequently the General Manager.
He was elevated to the position of Executive Director for all the related Companies and now serves on the Board as a Member.
Kwame Owusu-Koduah

About K. Koduah
Mr. Kwame Owusu-Koduah holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from the Giordano “Dell’Amore” Institute (Finafrica) in
Milan, Italy. He graduated from the University of Ghana’s School of Administration in 1977 with a BSc. Degree in Business Administration (Accounting option).
After his National Service with Guinness Ghana Limited in 1978, he was employed by the Agricultural Development Bank in Ghana and worked meritoriously with the Bank for over 32 years.
He held numerous positions in the Bank including Head of Audit and Inspection, Treasury Services, International (Foreign) Banking and Domestic (Retail) Banking.
He was appointed the General Manager in charge of the Banking
Services Division in 2007 and voluntarily retired from the Bank on
31st December 2010.
Mr. Kwame Owusu-Koduah after his retirement from the Bank was engaged by the Directors of Salem Investment Limited, a wholly Ghanaian owned Real Estate Development company as the Executive Director in February 2011.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Access Savings and Loans Limited. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Atlantic Hotel Limited, Activity Venture Capital Finance Company and the Credit Committee of the Empretec Foundation (Ghana).
He brings on board a considerable wealth of expertise and experience.
Albert Parry

About A. Parry
Mr Albert Parry holds an Executive certificate in Advanced Management and Leadership, University of Oxford UK and a Certificate in Negotiation Skills also from University of Oxford.
Mr Parry is one of the pioneers of Palmers Green International Limited. He was very instrumental in the transition of the then Give & Take Enterprise to the establishment of Palmers Green International Limited in 1997. He was the role of the “second in command” in the management of Palmers Green and its related companies.
His finance and negotiation skills have won the company several international business relationships and have kept the supply chain very effective. He is the link between the company and its international business partners.
He is currently the Executive Director of Palmers Green International and its related companies.
Brig. Gen. Hayford Nana-Acheampong (Rtd.)

About H. N. Achea..
Brig. Gen. H. Nana-Acheampong (Rtd) is a Civil Engineer by profession with a vast knowledge in designing and construction management and combat engineering and has an extensive experience in the supervision of construction and building projects.
He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham (UK) and Certificates in Public Administration and Project Planning from GIMPA.
Brig. Gen. H. Nana-Acheampong (Rtd), a Royal Military Academy
Sandhurst trained Officer, served as the General Over-seer and Head of the Engineering Corps of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF).
He served also as Director Logistics (Lands) (GAF), the Team Leader of the UN observer team in Sierra Leone, the Commanding Officer of the 49 Engineer Regiment among other capacities.
He also had five tours with UNIFIL in Lebanon as the Engineer Officer for the Ghanbatt and finally a sector Engineer at the UNIFIL Headquarters.
He was honourably released from GAF in 2010 after diligently and loyally serving his Country, Ghana for 37 years. All his hard working life was with the Military. He is a soldier to the core and is currently a Board member of Palmers Green International Limited.

About P. Opoku
Mr Paul Opoku holds a Degree in Law and a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is a Legal Practitioner, Founder and Managing Partner of Julian Chambers.
He was a private legal practitioner and the Managing Partner of E.A. Mingle & Co legal firm in Accra.
Mr Opoku Esq. has a wide range of experience in the practice of law spanning over 15 years of good standing at the Bar.
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and has expertise and experience in Land Law and Litigation, Labour Law, Corporate Practice and General Legal Practice. With his wide range of experience and expertise, he consults on Labour Law and Regulations, Industrial Relations Practice, and International Labour Organization Standards and Conventions.
He is an External Solicitor for many reputable organizations amongst which are EL-Davidio Company, Merchant Bank, National Board for Professional and Technician Examination, Presbyterian Church of Ghana (Triumphant Congregation) to mention but a few.

PAUL MAYER ABOAGYE became the Chief of Staff of the Palmers Green International Limited in 2019. He was previously the Chief Staff Officer 2 of Palmers Green International Limited.
PAUL MAYER ABOAGYE is a member of Ghana Bar Association (Ghana School of Law), Project Management (University of Essex), MSc International Oil and Gas Management (University of Dundee), Legal Practice Course (College of Law Birmingham) and LLB Laws (University of Manchester).
PAUL MAYER ABOAGYE was a Legal Advisor, Probono of University of Law School Legal Clinic, Birmingham. He is currently member of Board of Director of Palmers Green International Holdings Limited.
PAUL MAYER ABOAGYE is in charge of the operations of Trade & Save International.
Prof. Henry J.A. Aboagye

About J.A Aboagye
Professor Henry Jones Awuku Aboagye, Founder of Palmers Green Group is a debonair business entrepreneur. He is a Professor and MBA holder from the University of Liverpool. He had his executive education in Advanced Leadership and Management from the University of Oxford.
He worked with an Indian Company called P.K Matahni Industries Limited and its subsidiary company called Pemasu Trading Company
Limited from 1970–1974. He then saw the need to become independent so he resigned in 1974 and established his own Company called Give
and Take Company Limited in 1980.
His passion for Plastic Products compelled him to establish another company called Polymers Industries Limited in 1986. Through hard work and dedication, a lot more companies were established notably Palmers Green International Limited, Geodomi Limited, Geodomi Concrete Products Limited, Trade & Save International Limited, Palmers Electrical Engineering Company Limited and Cheshire Quarry Limited.
He is a philanthropist and currently an advisor to the Board of Directors of Palmers Green Group (Palmers Green International Holdings Limited).
